FAQ'S

To ensure that your experience at the workshop is as enjoyable as possible, here is a list of Frequently Asked Questions which will hopefully provide you with all the information you need.


We encourage you to read through this before you attend. Please contact us if you have a question that we haven’t answered.

Where is the venue?

Kensington Campus, UNSW, Sydney

(E12) Business Lounge - located at Level 6 Hilmer Building (E10), UNSW Kensington Campus.

Is there parking at the venue?

All-day parking is available to visitors at the top level of Botany Street multi-storey Carpark, entry via Gate 11. Payment can be made through the Pay-by-Plate meter (located next to the lift) OR by downloading the CellOPark app by scanning the QR code found on the sign. Payment is required on arrival.


Visitor parking is also available on level 1C of Barker Street multi-storey Carpark, entry via Gate 14. Payment can be made through Pay-by-Plate meter (located next to the lift) on the ground floor or meter found at the top level of the Barker Street carpark. Alternatively, payment can be made by downloading the CellOPark app scanning the QR code found on the sign. Payment is required on arrival.


Short-term 2P or 4P timed parking bays are available in the carparks accessible via Gates 2, 8 (off High Street); Gate 11 Apron (off Botany Street) and at the Western Campus carpark. Payment is required on arrival and can be made through Pay-By-Plate meter OR by downloading the CellOPark app by scanning the QR code found on the sign. 

I have a dietary requirement, what do I do?

If you have advised us of any special dietary requirements during the registration process, the caterers at each function have been provided these. A special buffet table will be set during the day for special diets. If you are unsure, please see venue staff.

I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?

Cancellations must be received in writing by email to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Leishman Associates. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844. See our Terms and Conditions page for full details.

Not receiving event emails

Sometimes emails don’t get through firewall settings. To overcome this issue, please email Hayley at conference@leishman-associates.com.au if you find you are not receiving event correspondence.
